Assisted with the creation and maintenance of registration records, database record management, and documentation for incoming and outgoing art via ARGUS. Worked with senior management on the coordination of shipping, packing, cataloging, conditioning, and numbering of artwork. Project manager for various Clothing & Textile Department accession cataloging.

Curatorial Assistant-at-Large | Denver Art Museum | 2021

Curatorial assistant reporting to the head curator. Worked closely with multiple departments to facilitate loan and acquisition needs, create exhibition checklists, research and obtain provenance and copyright permissions. Provided varied assistance on seven-floor building reinstall, from label proofs and editing to on-site install preparation and planning.

Curatorial assistant focused on collections management. Assisted in the creation and maintenance of database records for an 80,000 piece clothing and textiles collection. Worked interdepartmentally and within the Denver community to acquire relevant collections and objects that showcase the many voices of Colorado.
